Theorized to prevent fatigue, Goji berries are a powerhouse of amino acids, vitamins and nutrients.
Despite their health benefits, many people avoid healthy food because of flavor, lack of flavor, or side effects such as bloating, etc. Berries, though, are delicious, cause no undesirable side effects and add a gorgeous punch of color to even the most drab bowl of cereal.
